Course Description

Students will learn through approximately 50% practical and 50% theoretical work. Anatomy and Biomechanics are studied as well as Sports Psychology and the principles of how students learn motor skills. Students will develop a training programme to improve their fitness and complete a duathlon as well as participate in a number of different sporting contexts. Safety Management procedures are addressed and assessed within a camp setting. 

There are three days out of school associated with this course.
