Course Description

Students will learn through approximately 50% practical and 50% theoretical work. They will study the human body and how it moves, how a person acquires physical skills, interpersonal skills in a team situation and the influences on participation in physical activity. Responsible behaviour in the outdoors is demonstrated through an overnight camp. There are two days out of school with this course. 

This course can be taken on its own or together with Health Education 101 (but not Combined Health and Physical Education 101).
