Students will work toward the design and development of an innovative new product with a food medium. They will work collaboratively, further develop self-management skills and engage in high level inquiry. Our programme aims to develop advanced problem solving skills through design thinking, risk taking and intelligent failure. In class they will gather in-depth knowledge of sensory analysis, market, consumer and technical research and apply this to their modelling and design. Students will develop creative and technical skills to enable innovative decision making and high quality outcomes.
