Do you like being pushed to your physical and mental limits? Learners will explore concepts associated with survival  biological concepts of fear and physiological stress. This course will be a mix of practical learning and theory that will enable you to work in teams on challenges that develop your individual place in a group. You will learn to develop trust and leadership and set challenges to push your mind and body to see how you respond. 

  • Learn through and about movement to understand interpersonal skills in a range of team based approaches.
  • Develop your knowledge and understanding of how biomechanics can improve your performance.
  • Relate positively to others, engage in movement experiences to promote physical and social skills.
