Music Makers Sem 1

This course is designed for confident musicians who play an instrument and have a passion for performing and/or composition. Throughout the semester, you will be preparing to present your work for a national competition for either performance or composition (or both) such as Play It Strange, Waiata Maori Music Awards, Shakespeare Festival Composition and Smokefree Rock Quest. You will analyse your performance songs to support your understanding and learning of musical theory and improve your music technology skills working with garageband in our music lab.
