Maths in Action S1

How is maths used everyday in our community? How was it used in the past? 

This course will allow you to develop your mathematical reasoning skills using numerical, statistical and geometric concepts. You will learn about the practical applications of mathematical concepts in navigation, traditional artwork and patterns, and through the study of risk and chance in simple games. You will develop your financial literacy through preparing budgets and explore numeracy concepts through hands-on activities and interactive projects.
