Course Description
In this course students will journey into the world of Adventure Sport Nutrition and sustainability collaborating with local businesses as they work on mini projects, designing and creating products. Students will focus on innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, design, creativity and fostering well-being through nutrition and sustainable food choices.
