Course Description
Students will design and develop innovative products for the food industry through a variety of design projects. They will explore the entire process of food product development as a culinary designer. Our program aims to develop basic problem-solving skills through design thinking, risk taking and intelligent failure.
Literacy credits are available in this course. This course can be chosen as a semester option or full year course.
