Drama: Playwrights and Performance Sem 1

This semester drama course is for confident actors who have a passion for performing.  You will study a selection of playwrights who have made an impact in the world of theatre. You will create a case study for the playwrights and select one to rehearse and perform to a live audience.  You will also watch and analyse live theatre from New Zealand and compare it to theatre from other countries. The aspiration is that you will begin to have an informed opinion of what you love about the world of theatre.
