This exciting unit invites you to explore the cutting-edge world of food innovation, focusing on sustainable and forward-thinking practices that are shaping the future of food. You'll dive into modern culinary techniques such as molecular gastronomy, fermentation, and food preservation. Engage in hands-on workshops where you'll experiment with these methods to create unique, sustainable food products. You'll develop and test your own unique food product, incorporating sustainable practices and innovative ideas. The journey culminates in an exciting pitch presentation, where you'll showcase your product, complete with branding and marketing strategies, to a panel of industry experts.
