You will be physically active in a range of contexts to develop your social responsibility through team sports and develop tactical awareness through a games sense approach. In Health you will extend your understanding of the Te Whare Tapu Whā model to develop strategies to look after your own well-being and learn about sexuality and healthy relationships. This will include the Mates & Dates programme.
- Learn in, through, and about movement to understand and appreciate movement.
- Relate positively to others, engage in movement experiences to promote physical and social skills.
