You will be physically active in a range of contexts including traditional Māori games, develop your social responsibility through team sports and develop tactical awareness through a games sense approach. You will learn about the Te Whare Tapu Whā model to understand your own Hāuora, develop strategies to look after your own well-being and learn about sexuality and healthy relationships.
